Your Hotel Booking will be sent to you as a PDF attachment via email that you provided during the form submission usually within 20 – 60 minutes in our office hours.
After this time it can take from 2 to 5 hours to receive your Hotel Booking. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have not received your hotel booking after this time, please check your Spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If you have chosen to receive your Hotel Booking later, it will be processed on its scheduled date.
